The Great Gatsby Chapter 2

I think the people that got invited to the Gatsby party and have not meet him can be wried in a way because they don't know who he is what he does. So I think that this party is awkward in a way because the rich people are sitting on one table whiling the less rich people are in other table and are not enjoying themselves with the party.
If I was invited to a party like this I wouldn't know who or where to be because I think that I wouldn't know many people that are attending this party. I think I will be feeling a little be not funny and I think i will not be enjoying the party.

The Great Gatsby
This story starts when the author tells us the advice that his father once told him which is " Whenever you feel like criticizing anyone," he told me,"just remember that all the people in this world haven't had the advantages that you've had." Then he explains how a great man Gatsby is and how that he admires him in every way because Gatsby is someone that he can look up to. Then he talks about where in lives in West Egg and that his cousin Daisy Lives in a much richer place located in East Egg. He then goes visit his cousin to talk about things. When he arrives, he finds these two women in dress which one of them is Dasiy and the other is her friend Jordan. They talk about things until he mentions Mr.Gatsby to them and they talk about how Mr.Gatsby is Nick's Neighbor. Then He finds Tom. They both went to the same college together. Journals and Notes

EVERYTHING IS A REMIX

Part 1 of notes

Part Two Notes: Remix: To combine or edit existing materials to produce something new.
Many of the scenes from Star Wars are just remix's of older western movies like The Seachers (1956).
Loss Aversion is when you take things from other people or copy.
The lone creator:
Ideas are property: Ideas can't be property. You can't take ideas from people.
Ideas contain ideas
The Mac copied the ideas from Lesa. This made the apple company rise up.
"By Idolizing those whom we honor we do a disservice both to them and to ourselves... we fail to recognize that we could go and do likewise." By Charles V. Willie
Someone asked him who is he remixing and he answered that he is remixing authors but in a film point of view.
He knew that basic of the remix of star wars and he only looks for the easy steps so that it would not be so hard for him to find the remix of other movies like The Matrix.
He only looks for movies that will work for him.
When your copying it's like you are in the world of education.
He has thought to interview George Lucas because it would be fun for him.

MUSIC AS LITERATURE

I think that we can describe music as literature because muse is words that are a kind of poetry which is a form of literature. The difference between a novel, a poem, a rap, a song, an opera, and a symphony is that they all mean a different. A novel is a fictitious prose narrative of book length. A poem is a piece of writing that is like a  speech and song that is nearly always rhythmical. A rap is a form of speech that has a rhyme to it. A song is a short poem or another set of words set to music or meant to be sung. An opera is a music that people sing too. And a symphony is an elaborate musical composition for full orchestra, typically in four movements.
